Rummel Construction, Inc. has begun work at the future site of Aloravita Southwest, located between Happy Valley Road and Jomax Road, on the east and west side of 83rd Avenue. As part of this work, all designated cactus, trees, and other plants have been boxed and salvaged prior to major clearing activities. This plant material has been consolidated into a nursery where it will be watered and maintained throughout the duration of construction and ultimately incorporated back into the project's landscape design.

​Contractor workdays/hours for operations will comply with the City of Peoria's requirements:

• Mondays through Fridays, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding major holidays

• Saturdays, as needed, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
